Isaac Asimov has been one of the most varied and prolific writers of the twentieth century. Asimov was born on January 02, 1920 in Petrovichi, Russia. He died on April 06, 1992 in Brooklyn, New York, United States. Asimov is synonymous with science fiction. Mention science fiction and people will say "Isaac Asimov", mention Isaac Asimov and people will know him as its most prominent author. The Robots and the Foundation series and more recently, the success of I, Robot on the big screen have made Asimov a household name. Isaac Asimov was also a professor of biochemistry at Boston University, so he was well equipped to furnish his stories with more than a hint of authenticity.
