Spike Milligan was a force of nature, and still is for those of us who enjoy his genius, wit and humour. Born in Ahmednagar, India on April 16, 1918 Spike was to have many occupations throughout his life. He was an author, playwright, actor and comedian, but not necessarily in that order. He could raconteur with the best of them, always having a quick quip to come back when required. Milligan served during the second world war and has since published volumes of literature, often with tongue-in cheek narrative. These include Adolf Hitler My Part in His Downfall.
