Sylvia Nasar is an Uzbek German journalist who is best known for her biography of John Nash, the well-known mathematician who won the Nobel Prize for Economics for his work on Game Theory. The book entitled A Beautiful Mind was made into a movie starring Russell Crowe as John Nash in 2001.
