Ken Kesey was born on September 17, 1935 in Colorado, USA and died in Oregon on November 10, 2001. Kesey was an American novelist mostly known for his novel One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest which was made into a film starring Jack Nicholas. Sometimes a Great Notion is his second novel.
