Toni Morrison was born on February 18, 1931. Toni Morrison is a notable American novelist, essayist, teacher and a professor. Morrison won the Pulitzer Prize for Literature for her novel, Beloved in 1988. This was also later made into a film starring Oprah Winfrey and Danny Glover. Toni Morrison won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1993. Toni Morrison died on August 5, 2019 from complications of pneumonia.
